Postpartum Giftbox

• Perineum Healing: Rose, Frankincense, Helichrysum, Sandalwood, Lavender, Myrrh, topped with water. Spray with each bathroom use to support perineum healing until the entire bottle is empty (about 1-3 months)
• Hemorrhoid Spray: Peppermint, Helichrysum, Cypress, topped with water. Spray with each bathroom use for cooling and relief. After a couple weeks, use as needed.
